常州幼兒師范高等專科學(xué)校

2021年4月，江蘇省人民政府批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立常州幼兒師范高等?？茖W(xué)校。學(xué)校位于常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)常武中路28號(hào)，緊鄰常州大學(xué)城，現(xiàn)有56個(gè)教學(xué)班，學(xué)生3013人，擁有7所附屬幼兒園，是常州市唯一一所以培養(yǎng)幼兒師資為主的公辦師范院校。

In April 2021, The People's Government of Jiangsu Province approved the establishment of Changzhou Early Childhood Education College(hereinafter referred to as College). College is located at No. 28, Middle Changwu Road, Wujin District, Changzhou city, adjacent to Changzhou University Town. It has now 56 classes, 3013 students and 7 affiliated kindergartens. It is the only public normal college in Changzhou city that focuses on training preschool teachers.

學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有專任教師189名，具有副高職稱及以上教師70人，其中正高職稱教師4人，研究生（含在讀）122人。學(xué)校師資結(jié)構(gòu)合理，辦學(xué)質(zhì)量上乘，共獲得省市各項(xiàng)競(jìng)賽金銀銅獎(jiǎng)三百余項(xiàng)，近三年連續(xù)獲得江蘇省師范生教學(xué)基本功大賽優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)，各專業(yè)考證通過(guò)率達(dá)95%以上，近五年“5 2”專轉(zhuǎn)本考試錄取率超90.1%。學(xué)校形成了“注重師德養(yǎng)成，強(qiáng)化職業(yè)技能，發(fā)展藝術(shù)素養(yǎng)，園校協(xié)同育人”的辦學(xué)思路和“弘揚(yáng)師范傳統(tǒng)，實(shí)施品牌德育，持續(xù)提高質(zhì)量，深耕藝術(shù)教育”的辦學(xué)特色。

College now has 189 full-time teachers, 70 of whom have associate senior titles,including 4 teachers with senior titles and 122 postgraduates (including Master Degree Candidates). College has been awarded more than 300 gold, silver and bronze prizes in various provincial and municipal competitions, thanks to its reasonable faculty structure and excellent school running quality. In recent three years, College has been awarded Excellent Organization Prize in Jiangsu Normal University Students' Teaching Basic Skills Competition and the certificate pass rate of all majors is more than 95%, and the acceptance rate of "5 2"college transfer examination in recent five years is more than 90.1%. College has formed the school-running idea of"focusing on teachers' moral cultivation, strengthening vocational skills, developing artistic accomplishment, and cooperating with school and kindergarten in educating students" and the school-running characteristics of "carrying forward the tradition of teachers’ education, implementing brand moral education, continuously improving quality, and deeply cultivating art education".

學(xué)校現(xiàn)有五年制學(xué)前教育、數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、旅游管理三大專業(yè)；三年制學(xué)前教育、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)兩大專業(yè)，形成了以師范專業(yè)為主、非師范專業(yè)為輔的格局。其中主干專業(yè)五年制學(xué)前教育為江蘇省品牌專業(yè)，數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)為江蘇省特色專業(yè)。

College now has three five-year majors, namely Early Childhood Education, Digital Media Arts Design, and Tourism Management, and two three-year majors, namely Early Childhood Education and Arts Design, forming the professional pattern of the normal major as the main major and non-normal majors as the assistant.Among these majors, Early Childhood Education is the Model Major of Jiangsu Province and Digital Media Arts Design is a Specialty Major of Jiangsu Province.

學(xué)校堅(jiān)持“合格＋特長(zhǎng)”多渠道升學(xué)與就業(yè)的培養(yǎng)模式，與多家用人單位建立了穩(wěn)定的畢業(yè)生供求關(guān)系。學(xué)生可通過(guò)國(guó)際合作與交流項(xiàng)目、專轉(zhuǎn)本、函授等多渠道提升學(xué)歷。

College adheres to the "qualified special skills" training mode of education and employment through various channels, and has established a stable relationship with many employers to meet the supply and demand of a number of graduates. Students can pursue higher degrees through international cooperation and exchange programs, major transfer, correspondence courses and other channels.

自1956年建校以來(lái)，學(xué)校辦學(xué)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，辦學(xué)內(nèi)涵不斷豐富，成為常州市幼兒師資培養(yǎng)的搖籃。學(xué)校先后榮獲國(guó)家級(jí)重點(diǎn)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校、江蘇省中小學(xué)校先進(jìn)基層黨組織、江蘇省文明校園，江蘇省文明單位，江蘇省德育特色學(xué)校、江蘇省教科研工作先進(jìn)集體、首批江蘇省書(shū)香校園建設(shè)示范點(diǎn)等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。

Since its establishment in 1956, College is expanding unceasingly, and enriching its connotation and it has become cradle for ECE teachers. College was successively awarded as the National-level Key Secondary Vocational School, Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of Jiangsu Province,Civilized Campus of Jiangsu Province, Civilized Unit of Jiangsu Province, Moral Education Characteristic School of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Advanced Collective of Teaching and Research Work，the First Batch of Demonstrative Points of Jiangsu Province Book Campus Construction.
